I love my #solitude. It’s my sacred time to think, explore and create. It’s the space I need to breathe and be myself away from the crowds. Don’t get me wrong. I love crowds but I love my company more. I’m at peace with myself. There is no performance or judgment. I hold up the mirror and examine my heart, my attitude, my intention and my thoughts. Without knocking myself down, I face it and make adjustments so I can be a better and healthier person for me first. That way I can serve humanity with good intentions. The greatest gift we have is our imagination. The more we can visualize what better looks like, the better we will get at it.
